石墨電極資料特性和加工特性

    近年來隨著精細模具及高效模具(模具周期越來越短)的推出,人們對模具制造的請求越來越高,由于銅電極本身種種條件的限制,已越來越不能滿足模具行業的開展請求。石墨作為EDM電極資料,以其高切削性、重量輕、成形快、收縮率極小、損耗小、修整容易等優點,在模具行業已得到普遍應用,替代銅電極已成為必然。


    一、石墨電極資(zi)料特性


    1.CNC加(jia)工(gong)速(su)度(du)快、切削性高(gao)、修整(zheng)容(rong)(rong)易石(shi)墨機加(jia)工(gong)速(su)度(du)快,為銅(tong)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)的(de)3~5倍,精加(jia)工(gong)速(su)度(du)特(te)別突出,且其強度(du)很(hen)高(gao),關于(yu)超(chao)(chao)高(gao)(50~90mm)、超(chao)(chao)薄(bo)(0.2~0.5mm)的(de)電(dian)(dian)極(ji),時(shi)(shi)不(bu)易變(bian)形。而(er)(er)且在(zai)很(hen)多時(shi)(shi)分,產品都(dou)需求有(you)很(hen)好的(de)紋面(mian)效(xiao)果,這就(jiu)請求在(zai)做電(dian)(dian)極(ji)時(shi)(shi)盡量(liang)做成整(zheng)體公電(dian)(dian)極(ji),而(er)(er)整(zheng)體公電(dian)(dian)極(ji)制造時(shi)(shi)存在(zai)種種隱(yin)性清角,由(you)于(yu)石(shi)墨的(de)易修整(zheng)的(de)特(te)性,使得這一難題很(hen)容(rong)(rong)易得到(dao)處理,并且大(da)(da)大(da)(da)減少了電(dian)(dian)極(ji)的(de)數量(liang),而(er)(er)銅(tong)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)卻無法做到(dao)。

    二、石墨電(dian)極機電(dian)加工請求與(yu)特性(xing)


    1.電(dian)極(ji)的(de)制造*的(de)石(shi)墨電(dian)極(ji)制造主(zhu)要采用高(gao)速機床(chuang)來加工,機床(chuang)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)性要好,三軸(zhou)(zhou)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)要平均穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)不振動(dong)(dong),而且像主(zhu)軸(zhou)(zhou)這些(xie)回轉精度也要盡可能的(de)好。對普通的(de)機床(chuang)也能夠完成電(dian)極(ji)的(de)加工,只是(shi)編寫刀(dao)路的(de)工藝與銅電(dian)極(ji)有(you)所(suo)不同。


    2.EDM放電加(jia)工石墨(mo)電極(ji)就是碳電極(ji)。由于(yu)石墨(mo)的導(dao)電性能(neng)好,所以(yi)在放電加(jia)工中能(neng)儉省大量時間,這也是用石墨(mo)做電極(ji)的緣由之一。


    3.石(shi)(shi)墨(mo)電極的(de)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)特性(xing)工(gong)(gong)業用(yong)(yong)(yong)石(shi)(shi)墨(mo)質硬(ying)而脆(cui),在(zai)CNC加(jia)工(gong)(gong)時對刀具的(de)磨損較為(wei)嚴(yan)重(zhong),普通倡議運用(yong)(yong)(yong)硬(ying)質合金或金剛石(shi)(shi)涂(tu)層的(de)刀具。石(shi)(shi)墨(mo)在(zai)粗加(jia)工(gong)(gong)時刀具可直接(jie)在(zai)工(gong)(gong)件上下刀,精加(jia)工(gong)(gong)時為(wei)防(fang)止崩角、碎(sui)裂的(de)發作(zuo),常采用(yong)(yong)(yong)輕(qing)刀快(kuai)走的(de)方(fang)式加(jia)工(gong)(gong)。普通而言,石(shi)(shi)墨(mo)在(zai)切深(shen)小于0.2mm的(de)狀況下很少發作(zuo)崩碎(sui),還會取得較好的(de)側壁外表質量。石(shi)(shi)墨(mo)電極CNC加(jia)工(gong)(gong)時產(chan)生的(de)灰塵比擬大,可能入侵到機床的(de)導軌絲(si)桿(gan)和主軸等(deng),這就請求機床有相應的(de)處置(zhi)石(shi)(shi)墨(mo)灰塵的(de)安裝,機床密封性(xing)也要(yao)好,由于石(shi)(shi)墨(mo)有毒。
